           Looking for perfect family day on the Redwood Coast? Begin at Sequoia Park Zoo! Is the oldest zoo in California and one of the smallest accredited zoos in the country. Visit and enjoy the apes, gibbons and the fascinating star attractions, the red pandas. Stroll amongst the flamingos to mingle with the birds in our walk-through aviary. It has an interesting indoor interpretive centre about the local wildlife which engages curious minds of all ages. It has exciting new attractions lined up including an impressive otter experience and bald eagle enclosure. Situated next to the magnificent old-growth redwoods of Sequoia Park, the zoo is truly a jewel in the heart of Eureka.
