The Salisbury Zoo or otherwise known as the Salisbury Zoological Park sits on 12 acres of land in the city park. It houses over 110 animals with some including American Alligators, otters, flamingoes, wolves, sloths, llamas, turtles, and more. This zoo is accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums and does not charge an admission fee. Visitors will find many events at the zoo as well as camps and educational resources. Visitors can also become a member, adopt an animal, and even make a donation to the zoo.
