Tristate Zoological Park, Savings and Zoo Description for 2025


The Tristate Zoological Park opened its doors in 2003 and sits on 16 acres of land. This zoo houses many animals that are in need of a home such as lions, tigers, primates, reptiles, birds, and much more. The zoo provides many educational resources and programs as well as provides the ability to rent the zoo for birthday zoos. In 2006, one of the buildings caught on fire and ended up a total loss. The zoo lost many animals as well. However, with the help of the community, the zoo has started to rebuild and hopes to continue to rebuild and bring in many more animals.
