Capron Park Zoo, Savings and Zoo Park Description for 2024


The Capron Zoo sits on 8 acres of land and opened its doors in 1937. The zoo houses 100 animals from 44 different species. This zoo is accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums. The zoo is open to the public where they can enjoy public events and even rent the zoo for their own private events including for birthday parties. The zoo also provides different educational resources for Kindergarten and up. Those wanting to help support the zoo can not only volunteer but become a member too.
