The Tupelo Buffalo Park and Zoo is the largest zoo in Mississippi which sits on 175 acres. It currently houses over 125 different species representing 450 different animals. This zoo provides rides, different attractions and facilities, exotic animals, a petting zoo, and much more. They also hold many different contests for the visitors to enjoy as well as allow for the opportunity to rent the zoo for private events such as parties. The zoo also has live ponies for the carousel, horseback riding, a snack bar, a petting zoo, a souvenir shop and much more.
