Riverside Discovery Center, Savings and Zoo Park Description for 2024


The Riverside Park and Zoo, also known as the Riverside Discovery Center and is a park and zoo in which the zoo is the only one in or near Scottsbluff. This park and zoo currently has three lakes that offer camping and recreation. There is also a trail that runs alongside the river. Visitors can also enjoy viewing 30 different garden spots.

This discovery center currently houses over 200 animals from 73 different species that are included in so many different exhibits. The park and zoo has a wildlife center, a children’s museum, and much more. It also includes many educational events such as camps, and school, family, and community events. Visitors can also help support the zoo by becoming a volunteer and even donating to the zoo or to a special project.
