The Sierra Safari Zoo opened its doors in 1989 and is currently the largest zoo in the state of Nevada. Some of the exhibits include big cats, primates, sloths, reptiles, and more. This zoo allows for you to become an animal Ambassador and have the zoo come to your school. The zoo will also come to nursing homes, parties, and hospitals. Visitors can help support the zoo by adopting an animal and becoming a volunteer.
