Rio Grande Zoo is a 64-acre zoo located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It is one of the facility of the Albuquerque Biological Park. It is an accredited member of the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA). The zoo houses more than 200 species of animals including sea lions, chimpanzees, gorillas and orangutans. It features several animal exhibits like the Flamingo Crossing and the Reptile House. It is an ideal place for a family bonding.
